Bonneville, Molalla, Oregon City, Portland After finding the first Oregon City cache and additional artifacts in the area around the cache site, the search for artifacts with carved images was expanded to include the Clackamas river basin, the lower Columbia river basin, the Molalla river basin, and the Willamette river basin. Surface searches only were conducted along the rivers and selected areas under construction. The following artifacts are the result of those searches.
The illustration demonstrate the images carved on the rim of the bowl, then on the celestial sphere below, and on the hand chisel on page two. The crocodile canoe is a copy of the image drawn by Linda Schele in the Maya Cosmos, page 90.
